Introducing the Fantastic Five a litter of tiny German Shepherd puppies who have defied the odds, arriving at the shelter under four pounds and flourishing in the care of their devoted foster families! These resilient pups are ready to embark on the next chapter of their lives and find forever homes filled with love and warmth.
Each of these adorable bundles of fur has a unique personality, making them a delightful addition to any family. Minka and Rollo are fostered together, and their foster family says they're the sweetest temperament of puppies they've ever had. And they have fostered many shepherds.
Both Minka and Rollo are now sleeping three hours a night before stirring to potty. They are thriving with good nutrition and lots of cuddles and snuggles, with Minka as the cuddle expert. Their distended pot bellies have improved with deworming; they eat three meals a day, helping them grow. Although they arrived with runny noses and wheezing, likely from exposure to the inevitable viral kennel cough germs in the shelter setting, those symptoms have abated, running their course.
They have accompanied the pack via their stroller, getting lots of fresh air and exposure to the sights and sounds of the neighborhood on coffee and breakfast outings. Both pups love to play in the backyard and the protected front yard, gnawing on grass reeds, tumbling with each other, and choosing different toys before slumbering away.
The three resident shepherds provide lots of dog guidance and manners for the pups, and the resident cats are curious.
These tiny warriors have been thriving under the care of their dedicated foster families, where they've received round-the-clock love, attention, and proper nourishment. Now, they're ready to bring their unique personalities to a forever home that will cherish them for a lifetime.
If you're looking to add a furry family member and have the time, patience, and love to devote to a growing shepherd puppy, consider welcoming one of these Fantastic Five into your heart and home. They will each require shepherd experienced families along with ongoing training such a puppy classes, exposure to the world and consistenty structure to grow into lovely neutral dogs.
Their adoption will be completed upon their spay and neuters at the appropriate age although they may head to their forever homes while awaiting their surgeries.
