A big fenced in yard would do the trick for my daily exercise because at this time I’m content with short walks or none at all….not while I’m getting use to a new home at least. I love to walk in a yard so you can say I’m pretty low maintenance. I’m not reactive to other dogs or people…I can be invited to cuddle…small children would probably scare me. I'm not a dominant dog. I’m sure I’d be a wee bit scared of a kitty, but I would never hurt it. I’m not destructive in the house but foster mom crates me when she goes out for my security. I’m looking for the quiet life. I can’t do a noisy, busy, active home. I need a little TLC because I am timid and will need a person or family that will help me gain my self confidence. I am scared of loud noises and sudden movements….I'm a diamond in the ruff and will be the star of your home….I just need a little support while I’m adjusting to a new home. Our adoption clinics are held one Saturday a month at our facility in Schenectady on John Street, located directly behind Boulevard Bowl (Erie Boulevard) from 10 am to 12 pm (directions are on our website). We require an approved application before we consider anyone for an adoption - so filling out the application is your first step.
