Echo is a 1 year old, 117 lb, black male Great Dane who has had a rough start to life and is looking for an experienced home who can provide him with a structured environment and regular routine to help him feel safe as he continues to grow and mature and gain confidence. He was not previously socialized with other dogs or humans, given proper training, provided leadership, discipline, exercise or vetting but all that has changed and he is now on the road to a successful future. Echo is house trained, crate trained, knows sit, stay, down, and is learning to walk nicely on leash. He is being muzzle trained because he is fearful of strange dogs and people and make react aggressively initially if not properly introduced and given time to warm up and get comfortable. He is very smart and eager to please his humans once he knows and trusts you! Echo has become great friends with his foster siblings after proper introductions and is learning a lot from his doggie friends. He is a big puppy who loves to carry around fluffy toys or blankets he can hold in his mouth like a pacifier. He is an active puppy who would love an active new family who will take him walking, hiking, and play with him regularly to help tire him out. He would do best in a home without children and a more quiet environment without a ton of visitors but has a ton of potential with the right humans!
