Good food. A comfortable place to rest. Smelling the flowers, savoring the feel of a warm sunbeam. And, above all, being with loved ones. Or it can take a Sissy. Sissy is content with the simple pleasures of life. She loves relaxing on her bed and will just enjoy her time there, going to her water bowl when she gets thirsty. She enjoys cuddling sessions. She relishes her rides in a stroller on warm days, sniffing the breeze. When her foster family goes on a road trip, she enjoys the car ride; she is an excellent traveler. When the four dogs in her foster home are playing around her, she likes just being near them. And oh yes, she loves her meals and her treats! She communicates well with her humans. If she needs something - food, a water bowl refill, to go out for potty - she barks. She will also signal if she needs something during a car ride. They will be available to leave with adoptive families once they turn 8 weeks. These babies were turned in to an overcrowded, rural shelter without a momma at 5-6 weeks of age. Like typical puppies, they are still learning all of the basics! We are looking for committed adopters, willing to take out routinely for potty breaks, who will use positive reinforcement training techniques, and willing to make lifetime commitments. The puppies are microchipped, on monthly prevention, have been dewormed, and are up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations for an adoption fee of $450. $50 will be refunded after proof of age appropriate spay/neuter. Lexi is our family pet. She is 7/8 whippet and 1/8 merle collie. The father is a blue and white KC registered Italian Greyhound who's adverts can be found on here. Lexi has a gorgeous character, loving and gentle. On walks she can run like the wind and has fab recall and at home she loves to sleep for hours on my feet. the collie in her means she is quick to learn. She is also a therapy dog for 2 members of my family with ASD and loves nothing better than to cuddle and soothe. The puppies are now 4 weeks old and healthy and lively. They will be ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks from the 30th of November, but I am happy to keep for a week or so due to obvious circumstances. They can be viewed via whatsapp video as obvious lockdown restrictions prevent in person viewing. and a 300 pounds deposit will secure your puppy. They will be microchipped, have their first injection and wormed and come with a puppy pack including a blanket scented of their home ( for comfort).
