Meet Miss MYRTLE! Available for adoption very soon through One Life To Live Rescue! Myrtle was recently rescued from a high kill shelter in SC and is patiently awaiting her ride to PA.
MYRTLE is a sweet gentle soul??. She LOVES to explore and sniff around. She is shy at first but, once you give her a chance, she is full of personality. Myrtle was a little scared at the shelter because it can be an overwhelming place. We feel confident that once she gets into a home of her own she will blossom. Myrtle is great with people and she gets along well with calmer dogs. Young, rambunctious dogs may be a bit too much for her.
Myrtle is already spayed, micro-chipped and current with vaccines. She has recently been treated for heart-worm disease and she is well on the road to a full recovery. Myrtle's suggested adoption donation is $300 to help with the rescue's ongoing vet bills.
Myrtle is reported to be good with cats but caution should always be exercised when introducing any new dog to resident family pets. Myrtle is 4-5 years old, weighs approximately 45 pounds and is listed as a Shepherd mix. If you would like to give Myrtle the wonderful home that she deserves, please submit the adoption application through the rescue's website at OneLifeToLiveRescue.com! A rescue volunteer will then be in touch to answer any questions that you might have and to discuss our Foster-to-Adopt program with you. Thank you for considering a sweet, rescued Shepherd Mix!! All suggested safety precautions will be respected with as limited person-to-person contact as allowed. We promise to do our best to keep everyone safe while helping our dogs find loving homes during these trying times.
