This 2.5 acre off-leash dog park located on North Grandview Avenue (adjacent to Bunker Hill Golf Course) features separate areas for small and large dogs, waste bags and receptacles, water fountains for dogs and people, and benches. Fees are as follows: Daily fee - $1 (self-registration station at park) - Resident annual pass $25 per pet (residents reside inside the City of Dubuque city limits) - Non-resident annual pass $35 per pet (non-residents reside outside the City of Dubuque city limits). Download a season pass application form from the website and bring it in person to the Park and Recreation office at Bunker Hill Golf Course, along with your driver’s license for proof of residency. Annual passes are a small metal tag with an individual number that must be worn on dog’s collar. Park is open daily from 8am - 8pm.
