Dogs are welcome around Anderson Lake. This floodplain frequently overflows with water from the Illinois River providing a great spot for people to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. Visitors can enjoy a varied selection of birds, opportunities to fish, and a number of pretty picnic spots as well. If you're planning on bringing Fido, remember to use a leash and pick up after them.
