If you're looking for a classic DC experience, a Nonpartisan Pedicab is the way to go. This tour stops at every memorial and monument, and allows to see everything on your own time, at your own pace. Pets are allowed to ride with you at no extra cost, and the driver will even take care of your pooch while you explore places he isn't allowed to go. Pets must be on a leash, well-behaved and under your control at all times.
