Denali’s dynamic glaciated landscape supports a diversity of wildlife with grizzly bears, caribou, wolves, Dall sheep and moose. Summer slopes are graced with birds and wildflowers. Visitors enjoy sightseeing, backpacking and mountaineering. And don't forget North America’s highest peak -- the awe-inspiring 20,320-foot Mount McKinley. Pets are allowed in the park, but must be leashed at all times and are not allowed on trails, buses, riverbars or the backcountry. The park asks that owners dispose of feces in garbage cans and make sure to secure pet food inside a vehicle or food locker.
