If you have additional questions please email info@huskyrescueteam.orgMeet little Ireland! She was born on 6/30/23 to Momma Amelia, a Pomsky. Amelia was rescued from the shelter when she was pregnant. We have no idea what Dad is, but suspect the pups will be 25-30lbs-ish fully grown.
Ireland is seeking a forever home with folks who won't leave her home alone all day. Having a puppy is hard work, couple that with the breed mix and you'll need lots of patience. Her ideal home would have another young dog to play with, or someone who has a way to keep her well socialized with other pups on a regular basis.
Ireland is likely fine around cats. It's hard to tell prey drive at this age. But anyone wishing to adopt who has cats must be able to separate/rotate should he develop a prey drive later in life.
Her adoption area is MD or surrounding states since she'll be spayed by our vet in December. ~~Husky Education And Rescue Team is a foster based rescue. Our dogs are in our foster homes all up and down the east coast. We do not have a facility in which you can visit. We find this a huge benefit because we learn our dogs and are able to educate our adopters on what it's like to have them live in your home. Part of our process, once pre-approved, is to speak with the foster for the dog you're interested in. If you're still interested in adopting from our rescue the first step is to complete our adoption application online at www.huskyrescueteam.org/apply
