Adopt a dog:Rex /Pomeranian/Male/Adult,Meet Rex! If Rex could talk he would tell you a sad tale of his past. Rex is a 3 year old, 9 pound, pomeranian. Rex wasn't treated very well for the past three years of his life. Thankfully a angel on earth took him in and he walked through our doors. Rex is a sweet boy who enjoys cuddling and car rides. He is good on a leash and crate trained. Rex is potty trained however can mark in the beginning when entering a new home. Rex is a sweet boy who just needs a understanding home. He's got a loving happy playful pomeranian personality that's soo full of love. Now for the not so good. Rex is terrified of the groomer as well as being brushed. He needs someone who is willing to take time and work on these behaviors. He can be nervous when his mouth is touched but now allows his foster mom to do so with no issues. He would also do best as a only dog. He needs someone's full time & attention to help him see the good side of life. Rex can be protective of his food as well. Due to the severity of his past treatment he needs a home with no kids. If put in a frightening situation and he feels the need to protect himself, he can be nippy. In his foster home he is doing wonderful. He is making wonderful strides. With the right forever home he will learn to live a life free of worry. Could that be you?

Adopt a dog:Waffles/Husky/Male/Baby,Meet Waffles! Waffles is one of Paris Bella's babies - one of nine! Mama Paris Bella was found dumped at a construction site in Texas. She was obviously very pregnant. One of our volunteers heard about her and wanted to foster mama and babies! Paris Bella had 9 beautiful babies and was such a good mama to them. But now it's time for this beautiful family to be adopted into forever families of their own. The puppies are so sweet. They are very playful and so, so cute. They even got their very own professional photo shoot! Paris Bella is a lab mix and we are unsure of dad, but given the looks of these sweet babies we think he was a husky mix. Mama is around 40 lbs so the babies will probably be a bit bigger than her when fully grown. The puppies are approximately 6 weeks old (born mid-Feb 2024) so they are still learning everything. All the babies have an individual profile on Petfinder! Apply to adopt these cute little fluff balls today! The entire family is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas, but transport is available to many locations. Adoption fee includes transport fee.

Bit by bit Alex and Natalie are learning about the finer things in life and getting more comfortable with their surroundings. They'd do best in a quiet home with a fenced in yard to enjoy. Alex is more reserved than Natalie, but has started to approach her foster family to ask for attention. Natalie loves to be pet when she asks for it. Both have been nothing but sweet despite the drastic changes around them, and have so much potential to become confident companions. Natalie and Alex seem to be housebroken and are crate trained. They haven't jumped up on people, and mostly keep to themselves.
