Tony Biscuit is a very happy, generally go-with-the-flow type of dog. He LOVES being outside and getting his sniffs in, and he absolutely loves interacting with other dogs. Walks can take quite a long time because he is a super curious pup who wants to check everything out. He can be somewhat disinterested in people, except for an occasional sniff, until a person shows interest in playing with him. He loves playing tug of war and running around with his people.
Tony Biscuit is working on his commands but will generally come to you if you whistle or clap for him. He will sometimes sit when asked, but only if you have a treat. His foster is also working on "shake with him. Tony Biscuit loves people but should only be in a home with adults or adolescents age 16+ years as he needs his personal space and prefers a calmer environment.
Tony Biscuit is a high energy dog but still loves his naps between play time. He LOVES chew toys and balls but hasn't quite learned the art of dropping the ball while playing fetch. He is a little territorial in his home when new guests arrive but will quickly warm up to them once he gets to sniff them and interact. The only time he barks is when he's in the home and hearing commotion with other dogs outside.
Tony Biscuit's ideal home would be one with another playful dog, perhaps with a fenced in yard or owners who are very active and happy to get him outside often. If the home doesn't have a dog, he would want owners who get him out around other dogs to have time to play. He loves his people and prefers that his new family be home more often than not.
