update: All he needs is a doggy door secure physical fencing and someone with patience to give him time to adjust. Quiet house preferred.
Golf Buddy was trapped from a golf course by King's Island where he had lived for 6+ months. He had been let out from one of the people in the complex and abandoned.
He is very shy and quiet in the house. Enjoying being with you. He will allow some petting, but in general wants to be close. He sleeps on dog bed at night, crates up when asked (does not need in home without other fosters) and eats in his crate. He loves the other fosters, and is very vocal when playing with them. Not an aggressive bone in his body. Will not take treats.
Outside he alerts to everything. Noise factor was one of the reason I was asked to trap him. Inside he does not make a peep. Recommended that he have outside access when owner home and kept inside when owner gone. He needs a secure fence with home visit. Must be within 50 miles of Cincinnati. No tie outs and no invisible fencing
Would be considered a project dog, going to take time to become accustomed to another home situation. Does not tolerate a leash nor walk on one.
