Hello ! This is Sampson !

True to little dogs, and Pomeranians alike, Sampson has a touch of Napoleon Complex, mixed with a pinch of cat-like persona: he will vie for your attention, wiggling his way to get some quality petting, and at a drop of a hat, decide that he no longer wants to be bothered by your nagging, and he has more important things to do, elsewhere. Sampson will need an understanding, tolerant home; void of young, exuberant kids, and preferably without other nuisance dogs (his words, not ours!). Sampson has a long history of being bounced around from home to home, to shelter, to rescue, to foster home, back to rescue, and finally threatened with being permanently given up on. We don't believe he deserves that at all, and so he's patiently waiting for his turn to find his furever home.
