Meet Manolo! 30 pounds, under 2 years old, Needs a Secure Yard. Kids over 12. Must have another dog in the home. No cats. Manny looks like a Beagle mix and is a 100% sweet boy. He was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in CA. Manny is a very shy boy. Clearly he did not come from great beginnings. He is wary of people and will shake a bit when he first meets you. He is gentle though and once he warms up enjoys affection. He does not like being alone and will do best in a home where someone is around much of the time. He is not suited for an apartment due to his typical Beagle like bark. He does not yet know how to walk on a leash and needs some gentle guidance. He will do best with a patient person who is willing to work with him and help him gain confidence. He needs a home with a secure yard and no young kids (he is kind and gentle but kids will be too much chaos for him). Manny will be vaccinated, chipped and neutered prior to adoption. His adoption fee is $395. We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.
