Lexi is a very friendly dog with everyone she meets, good with children and very sweet-natured and well behaved. She is very good with male large-breed dogs with proper introduction. She was surrendered to the rescue after she escaped from her fenced yard and attacked a small dog. However here she ignores small dogs and is not aggressive toward other dogs in general - but should not be in a home with smaller pets. She loves playing ball and going for long walks and runs. She is a strong active dog who needs daily off-leash exercise. She will only be placed in a home with a securely fenced yard, with no smaller animals or in a neighborhood with other pets are walked by. She is housebroken and very sweet-natured.
